Colour: intense ruby with violet reflections.
Bouquet: clear, with notes of ripe fruit and dried plums.
Taste: round, characterized by sweet tannins.
Body: good fabric, soft.
Persistence: medium.
Food Pairing: dishes based on cooked vegetables, cheeses, grilled red meats and with Brescia spit.
Serving: in large goblet glasses at a temperature of 12-15 °C. It may contain sediments.
