Bouquet: of good intensity. Hints of yeast dominate, with notes of tropical citrus that evolve towards mint
Taste : good flavor and abundant salinity.
Persistence: rather long, with a pleasantly bitter finish.
Body : rather full-bodied and with a good texture.
Pairing : ideal as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to lake fish dishes.
Serving : in narrow goblet glasses at a temperature of 6-8 °C.
